Back in Lubbock, Back to Work

Well hello again, Lubbock. My family and I are getting settled back into life here in Lubbock. Saint Louis was an incredible time of growth for us individually and as a family. That growing family is what brought us back and we're happy to be back with our tribe here in Texas.

I spent the last three years working with some incredibly creative and talented editors, designers, and entrepreneurs as I ran Album Design at Evolve Edits. We handled hundreds of accounts for professional photographers around the world with services from basic color correction, to high-end composites, and of course, album design.

This was my second stint under the employ of Laurin Thienes, the first being when I was in Portland. Now partnered with Sal Cincotta, Evolve set out to revolutionize the way that photographers manage their editing workflow, while the larger Cincotta & Company family of businesses was taking over the wedding and portrait photography industry.

In the time I was there, the business started a conference and trade show, sent an online magazine to print, and became 1598 on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the country. The experience was a whirlwind, to say the least, but offered me a huge opportunity to learn about my trade and perfect my craft by bumping elbows with some of the best photographers and entrepreneurs in the country.

I've seen a lot of photography as a result. All ends of the spectrum in creativity and emotive quality, both exquisite and mediocre. It's allowed me to hone my eye to see the details in quiet moments and look for unique perspectives. The thousands of images I've worked with have given me a clear vision on how to create truly special and one of a kind images for you and yours.

That's what I want to do.

I want to take everything I've learned, bring it back here to West Texas and offer something different, something real, something authentic. Whether you're a soon-to-be bride, parent, student, professional, I want you to have photography that stands out on your walls, coffee table, and desk. I want to capture moments that remind you to love life, whatever stage it's in.

Let's make some memories together.
